Lam Yeo Coffee Powder (Lam Yeo is hokkien for Nanyang) has been in business for over 50 years! They offer a range of more than 10 kinds of coffee powder all imported from Indonesia.

The uncle we spoke to is the second generation to be in charge of the shop, he proudly told us that his son is also helping out with his business. Let's hope his grandson would continue his tradition of selling top grade coffee powder. We really are not that into instant coffee you know...

We spent quite a while trying to find this ancient (at least to us) coffee shop.
Zheng Han asked for direction from this friendly uncle who worked at the nearby equally ancient confectionery. To our dismay, we found the shop closed for business =(
